Declaration of Judgment and Resurrection: The mission was to conclude with the declaration of judgment, the resurrection of the sleeping survivors, and the establishment of the Spirit of Truth.

Michael was to live as an ordinary mortal while retaining his divine identity. His creative prerogatives were to remain tied to his mortal personality, but he was not to use them arbitrarily. His life was to serve as an example of the perfect union of the will of creation and the Creator.

6. Incarnation – The Making of Two into One

Michael was not a dual personality—God and man—but a single, unified being. His incarnation on Urantia aimed to expand the revelation of God and demonstrate that God can act in natural and ordinary ways, even through the miracle of incarnation.
